I’m an enthusiastic analyst with a strong background in data analysis, business intelligence, and project management. I also led ComedyClub Manipal which was one of the leading comedy clubs in Karnataka by developing strategic plans, hosting comics and support staff and overseeing financial operations.

1. Project Management Framework for AI & Analytics at Larsen & Toubro
Objective: Develop and implement a Project Management Framework for AI and Analytics projects to enhance workflows and decision-making.
Challenge: The absence of a standardized approach led to inefficiencies in managing AI and Analytics projects.
Solution: I designed and implemented an Agile-based framework, customized for AI projects, that streamlined processes and improved team collaboration. This included creating documentation and real-time tracking dashboards using Power BI aswell as creating wireframes and prototypes that prioritized simplicity and ease of navigation as per Stakeholder requirements
Impact: Improved project efficiency and decision-making, resulting in a more cohesive approach to managing complex AI initiatives.

Solution: Led the development of the NARADA Portal, integrating automation to streamline disclosures and leveraging SQL and Power BI for real-time ESG analysis.
